Dubai Launches Virtual Workspace for Government Employees
Dubai Government introduces a secure virtual workspace to enhance flexibility and ensure uninterrupted services.
Dubai Government Human Resources Department has introduced a "Virtual Workspace" initiative aimed at providing government employees with a flexible and secure digital work environment. Developed in collaboration with Microsoft, the system enables staff to access applications, files, and systems securely from any location at any time, while adhering to approved security protocols.
Khalifa Bin Humaidan, Director of the Support Services Department at DGHR, explained in a recent radio interview that the initiative supports the leadership’s vision of utilizing artificial intelligence and advanced technologies to maintain business continuity and promote an efficient, sustainable workplace.
Bin Humaidan emphasized that the project demonstrates the department’s dedication to implementing modern, sustainable digital solutions that improve the work environment and enhance employee preparedness.
