What we need:

Someone young with I.T. background
Must have a proven track record in performing $%&!#$>Must be a “genius” with AdWords – willing to ditch the traditional way of doing AdWords to capture every single click in a very competitive and rapidly shrinking market.
Must be innovative and not merely follow the crowd
Must be 'business minded'
Must be innovative in terms of his digital media skills
Must be able to create landing pages on the fly
Must have a good command of the English language – must have sample articles written
Must be able to work independently but must have a knack for reporting
