Description:
Dubai-based beauty ecommerce company is looking to hire a Logistics Supervisor with prior experience in import/export. ??
This role will involve managing all aspects of logistics to ensure the efficient, effective and timely purchasing & transportation of all products from point of manufacturer through to the customer whilst ensuring effective & timely communication with fellow team members, customers and 3rd party providers takes place.??

Responsibilities:
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES??
Communicate and coordinate with all distributors and B2B customers to ensure a smooth operation from purchase until final delivery??
Coordinate the collection and delivery of products in various countries, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
??Communicate with factories and ensure there is a robust process in place to effectively track the production schedules of all products??
Ensure stock levels are managed to ensure OOS are tracked & minimised whilst keeping stock levels within agreed KPI?
Ensure legal requirements for new customers/market places are known with appropriate, effective and timely action taken??Regularly review all areas of operation/cost and look for ways to make efficiencies / improvements??
Ensure company software is fully utilised and up to date with timely input??
