Job Details:

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment, maintains and manages the recruiting using also alternative resources, testing, and interviewing process, keeps the counterparts updated.
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding and employee termination process.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.Maintains employee personnel files.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
• .Participates in arranging company events, workshops.
• Monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner.
