Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving and verifying billing and requisitions for goods and services.
Ensuring that accounts receivable and payable are taken care of in a timely manner.
Helping in the managing of appointments and managing daily the daily office schedule.
Handling all incoming phone calls, faxes, replying to emails appropriately and communicating to relevant persons or offices.?
Requirement:
