Responsibilities:
• Provide a full range of IT support across the head office including hardware and software, network, IT security and telecommunications
• Administer troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, disaster recovery and ensure integrity of IT systems
• Ensure all hardware systems are virus protected and implement appropriate systems security measures to prevent any unauthorized access of data / systems
• Work closely with the Head of IT to develop and implement IT policies, procedures and standards relating to IT and telecommunication systems
• Manage relationships with and delivery of any third-party suppliers as per contractual terms
• Manage the design, implementation and maintenance of the ERP system
• Support systems testing, implementation and training?
Requirement:
• Graduate degree in IT, Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with 2 years in a similar role
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking systems
• Experience with FortiGate Firewall, Access Points, Wireless Controller, Cisco switches
• Experience of Windows Server 2012, MS SQL, Office 365, Google Suite
• Understanding of all phases of the application development lifecycle, specifically related to ERP Systems
