Description:

Well known construction company in UAE looking for Site Administrators based on followings,

1. Provide executive-level administrative support to the Project Director / Manager
2. Liaison between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reports due is submitted prior to all scheduled client meetings.
3. Planand coordinatescheduled all conference room meetings onsite for all Superintendents, Clients and Subcontracting.
4. Produces a weekly status report to manager summarizing forwarding looking work as well as completed projects and outstanding issues.
5. To draft letters, memos, faxes to Head Office and answering their queries with regard to contractor’s invoices, petty cash & catering etc.
6. Prepare Monthly timesheet for respective project sites and provide to HR payroll on time.
7. Prepare the employee leave records, overtime, leave salary and update employee documentation in coordination with HR.
8. Coordinating with Facilities & HR for allocating accommodation for new employees,employees back from leave (as approved) and staff at field breaks from site projects(raised by accommodation request).
9. To prepare site monthly report, cost reports (Agreement/contracts & catering) for HQ and subcontractors
10. Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports of Project status and submit to HQ.
11. To ensure that all site location is having local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety & Environment under Al Sahraa -HSE requirements are complied with.
12. To follow up the preventive maintenance of fleet vehicle and arrange for emergency and unscheduled maintenance as necessary in coordination with maintenance department personnel.
13. Manageall procurement purchases, processed monthly expense reports reflecting supporting documents.
14. To check general office and external area cleaning activities and coverage to ensure compliance with schedules with minimal disturbance of office works, and report cleaning performance to supervisor.
15. Conducts staff meetings to discuss plans, outline new goals and objectives, review problem areas and disseminate administrative information.
16. Powered with verifiable success in identifying and implementing process to ensure efficiency and productivity of overall company operations.?
