OTC Supply is an international Cryptocurrency Exchange, based in Dubai. We facilitate B2B transactions for companies seeking exposure to the rapidly maturing Cryptocurrency asset market, as well as providing liquidity where traditional Exchanges lack volume and certainty of pricing. We started as a small business, but due to our rapid growth and evolving use of technology, we need additional support to bring our vision into reality.

We are seeking an experienced, Network / Systems Administrator with a passion for Cryptocurrencies and Information Security to join our growing team. As part of this, you will be required to help develop our practise and policies, protecting the business and making sure we have reliable communication.

As part of this role, you may be required to provide low level end-user support as part of your general duties.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

Installs, supports, and maintains new network hardware and software infrastructure.

Provides network solutions to business and management requirements.

Provides regular updates on network and security issues that may affect the business operation.

Allocates network resources and monitors network performance and usage.

Troubleshoots, analyses, and resolves faults in operational networks.

Ensures routine preventative maintenance and license compliance is performed

Performs other duties as required.

Key Skills

Advanced knowledge of network routing protocols, design and security procedure.

Familiarity with a variety of network equipment providers, including Ubuiqit, Cisco, and Linksys

Experience in system virtualisation and development environments.

Demonstrate independent problem solving skills.

Demonstrate good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with non-technical staff members.

Ability to uphold integrity and confidentiality with access to all information on the Company network.

Highly desirable to have ISO 27001 experience.?
