We are hiring an architectural technician/Estimator who is well experienced in Interior Fit Out. Requirements:
• Architecturally and technically skilled
• Knowledgeable of Fit out approval procedures and preparation of drawings to DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.
• Worsted in preparation of all detailed shop drawings - joinery & fit out drawings
• Able to produce full quantity take-off, Boq, estimates • Procure and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers?
