A-Zoho Expert

•Create Apps in Creator with forms, sub forms, stateless form and through Deluge scripts
•Handle Blueprint, Workflows, Automation, Web hook, Functions, Layout, Layout Rules, Roles, Profiles and Permission sets across all Zoho Application
•Integration between Creator, Books, Inventory, CRM, and Analytics to get and push data using APIs
•Create HTML pages and embed as Custom Report in Creator
•Print HTML pages as template through print command from printer devices as well from on form event directly without print command
•Integration from Third Party Apps and websites to get and push data using APIs periodically through scheduler and instantly on create/update of records
•Integration with telephony systems
•Integration with SQL Server and CRM for live syncing of data
•Provide first level of support for any issues related to Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, Analytics, Inventory, People, Docs, Campaigns, Desk, Survey, Mails, Commerce

B-IT Support Engineer

•Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware – both, onsite and offsite
•Coordinate with IT service provider for a second level of support for any complex or urgent tasks.
•Establish accounts for new users and assist with password and/or login problems
•Take manual backups and monitor carefully the automated backup systems
•Arrange quote from different vendors for any hardware requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Zoho creator certification is an added advantage
2. Two years of hands-on experience with Deluge language (ZOHO)
3. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
4. BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field
5. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills?
