? Serve as the link of communication between clients and internal teams
? Generate Ideas and make strategist for proposals and ongoing projects & campaigns
according to marketing trends and Client requirement
? Write and translate Arabic content when requires
? Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to
competition
? Research and Develop potential leads to grow business
? Ensure all queries of clients are resolved on time.
? Increase the portfolio of clients by up-selling services to existing clients
? Ensure client meetings are held regularly.
? Ensure Client retention
? Determine effective Media Planning and Buying
? Maintain clear and transparent communication amongst Managing Partners and Finance
Department.
? Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plan
? Weekly update is required on email
? Report Management on a daily basis regarding the progress?
