Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for Project’s implementation and compliance with safety standards and procedures of the Company, besides, full awareness and application of local authority safety regulations.
• Fully responsible for implementation and control for the protection of works by project’s Personnel and to take strict measures for any violations.
• Assure the protection of the Project Environment from any damage or contamination on daily basis.
• Strictly comply with company Qhse requirements for the Project.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Visit the site on daily basis as to follow up the safety and quality of works.
• Assure the Client’s satisfaction.
• Deal in a professional manner with Client Representative and Consultant.
• Assure implantation of all task as per the program of works for the project on daily basis.
• Closely follow up with the Head Office for all project’s requirements.
• Prepare the payment certificate for the subcontractors as per contract payment terms on monthly basis without delay.
• Assure sending all required documents to Ho in time.
• Issue the Project Valuation on 1st day of each month without any delay and to follow up the issuance of payment certificate on or before time stipulated in the contract.
• Follow the company procedures and forms for any activity at work or for personal requirements.
• Respect the company regulations, rules and procedures.
• Protect the company from any harm and to report in case of any incidence.
