Description:

The overall work of case worker is the case management of visa/passport applications in a manner that results in very high probability of approval by the relevant governmental body.

•Excellent telephone and written communication skills, which include an ability to provide advice in a concise and easy to understand manner. 

•Drafting supporting statement, covering letters, and preparing submission bundles. 

•Prepare general applications to the UK Home Office (incl. points based system applications), Canada, USA and other Caribbean Countries. 

•Must have excellent verbal, drafting skills and interpersonal skills

•Collating all necessary documentation to assist in both advice and application processes. Identifying and helping in planning appropriate training for the Immigration team. 

•Must have experience in meeting tight deadlines and maintaining professional composure when dealing with difficult situations 

•Highly organized, an “eye for detail” and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
