• Must have a minimum 3-5 years experience

• Having a great knowledge on how to identify ingredients like vegetables, spices etc.

• Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards expected by the Restaurant

• Perform tasks within a timely manner

• Meet all health and hygiene requirements

• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
