• Will be reporting to the workshop Manager • Ensure timely receipt and delivery of vehicle. Status to be known to customers • Daily closing of jobs cards and smooth flow to generate invoices in time. • To be able to handle mechanical section as well as body shop • Ensure timely ordering of material for smooth functioning. Should have good man management skills • To be able to diagnose the fault well time • Maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations. • Professionally Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, and Subordinates • Evaluate impact of delays, interruption or changes in plans and implement appropriate courses of action to minimize issues. • Organizational ability • Detail oriented • Good communication in English - written and oral, Arabic a plus • Leading & Supervising • Team Orientation • Customer & Quality Focus
