Description:
A new start-up industry laundry factory is being established in Dubai. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales function for the factory. Reporting directly to the Owner-Founder. This will be a critical appointment to acquire the business and promote the entity. While we are starting small, we are setting up with huge ambition to grow the business and with it grow the capacity which will create ample growth opportunities for the startup team.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing the sales plan and all sales tools required to achieve our sales targets.
• Building the profile of the company within the client industry to facilitate sales.
• Leading negotiations and client pitches to acquire the business.
• Providing client feedback on our service package to align the factory around its customer's expectation.
• Gradually build a strong sales team to maximize our reach within the UAE.
Requirement:
• 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position with a well-established laundry service targeting contracts within the hospitality industry (hotels and restaurants in the UAE).
• Fluency in English. Arabic would be a plus.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Technical experience in the laundry industry would be a plus.
