Description:

Prestigious Catering Business has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator preferably with School/ Events/Hospitality/Sales experience, however, not essential.

Excellent organisational skills together with being computer literate including being proficient in Excel, Word and Quickbooks or similar accounting package.

Can work independently and work within time guidelines

Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bank Uploads
• Payroll Processing/WPS
• Petty Cash Reconciliation
• Coffee Shop Sales Report
• Auditing Petty Cash on Hand
• Prepayments Postings
• Production Report (Monthly)

Local personnel procedures together with visa regulations and permits.

You will be based in Dubai and have at least 4/5 years experience.

Responsible self-starter, self-driven, energetic and ambitious with excellent communication skills.

Committed to the highest levels of personalised service and client satisfaction.

UAE driving license is beneficial.
