Description:

The digital marketing specialist will be working closely with the marketing director and must be able to own the following areas.

SEO
* Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
* Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
* Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices.
* Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
* Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.

PPC
* Participate in forming effective paid search strategies.
* Launching and optimizing PPC campaigns.
* Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting.
* Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
* Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
* Write attractive and concise copy for adverts.
* Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.

SOCIAL MEDIA
* Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
* Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
* Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
* Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
* Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
* Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.

E-MAIL
* Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
* Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
* Write newsletters including all company updates.
* Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
* Create email databases for lead generation.
* Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

Requirements to apply
* Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus.
