Requirement:

Looking for a PRO who can join immediately with admin experience which includes but not limited to the following:

- Carry out visa processing for 200 + employee
- Update the visa status report in timely manner
- Responsible for visa processing charges and manages the visa petty cash including the expanses reposts
- Be responsible about all governmental relations issues
- Manage the employees Accommodation
- Update and manage the employee medical insurance
- Renewal of Company statutory documents like trade licence, ejari etc..

Requirement
Detailed Knowledge of Ministry and Economic Department procedures is a must
- Confident & great communicator at all levels
- Should be well versed on local rules and regulations of Municipality, Labor department, Immigration, Economic department
- should be self motivated, honest and sincere in work
Should have valid UAE driving license
- Must have minimum 4 years experience as a PRO - experience in Construction company as PRO is added advantage
