We are a US based IT company with offices in United States, Portugal and Dubai.
Now we are recruiting an energetic, challenge-oriented candidate as BDM. The BDM is assigned to the Director Sales Middle East, completes a broad range of tasks for both business as well as personal matters and will be a highly resourceful team-player, who is fully dedicated to its assignment and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.
As our BDM you love to maintain long term client contacts and sales is not only in your blood but in your DNA! You complete critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress and solving problems.
Requirement:
Essential Candidate Background
1. Reasonable experience in Outdoor Direct Sales or similar position in a dynamic organization – ideally in the CRM and other related IT services.
2. Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
3. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate a high level of customer service and response.
4. Can achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a past paced environment. Must be flexible with working hours as to meet the demands of the assignment – whenever they may arise.
5. Professional command of MS Word and MS Excel is a must. Good command of MS PowerPoint and graphics programs is a plus!
6. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
