Description:

Interior Design CAD Detailer
• Graduate of Architecture or equivalent.
• Should have solid 3 years minimum experience as CAD Detailer in hospitality sector (Hotel, hospitals, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of standard drafting practices and procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, hand sketching, and any related software used in detailing drawings.
• Able to generate layout drawings from sketches and specification
• Revit is a plus.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Tools
• Must be willing to learn, meet deadlines, and take initiative
• Perfect organization and communication skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Driving License is a plus.

Junior FF& E Designer
• Should have 3 years minimum experience in Interior Design and FF & E.
• Bachelor of Interior Design or Architecture
• Providing creative ideas while thinking “outside the box”
• Proficient in Photoshop, Microsoft Office Applications (such as Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and AutoCAD.
• Should have previous experience in 5-star hotel projects from initial brief and concept through to detailed design and post-contract administration.
• Commercial and Residential Interior experience
• Should be ideally, already based in UAE with good knowledge of materials suppliers in the region, however suitably qualifies experienced applications from overseas are welcome.
• Up to the latest trends and materials locally and internationally
• Can prepare mood board and concept, space planning, furniture layout and FF & E Documentation
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Perfect organization and communication skills
• Good problem solving skills and creative thinking
• Must be willing to learn, meet deadlines, and take initiative
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Driving License is a plus.
