Responsibilities:

• Assist in Proposal creation and Summary Report with Recommendations preparation with support from Consultants and the Managing Director
• Prepare Master Presentation slide decks for review by Consultants and Managing Director
• Provide support in work stream delivery as requested
• Ensure all Summary Reports with Recommendations, correspondence and routine information are processed to a high standard within agreed timescales and collaboration from Consultants and the Managing Director
• Support the Consultants in preparation of work stream documents, materials and tool kit.
• Update the Database and Revenue Calendar
• Update marketing materials with new and current content with support from Consultants and the Managing Director
• Coordinate with travel agents and consultants for arranging the logistics for delivery in line with Company / Clients policy.
• Assist with the organization of corporate events such as CEO Round Tables, client meetings, and venues for work streams with support from Consultants and the Managing Director
• Arrange Weekly Team Meeting, send invitations to the participants and prepare minutes and distribute to the team
• Communicate and work effectively within Company Values, Policies and Strategies
• Responsible for providing information to team members on matters related to Projects (Clients), Administration
• Provide other supportive service including typing, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, filing, laminating and binding
• Prepare a range of documents including creating documents, producing and distributing mail-merge documents, and using corporate formats as required
• Create and update documentation both electronic and physical files
• Other Ad-Hoc duties as requested such as answering telephone calls, coordinating telephone conference calls, ordering stationery, filing, typing, maintaining the client database or any administrative tasks assigned by management
• Must interact with operational personnel, senior managers and departmental heads through the organization.
• Should also foster positive relationships with regulatory authorities, agencies and service providers outside the organization.
• Ensuring that the consultants have enough and adequate materials for delivery without fall/delay.
• Must be flexible in working hours other than normal hours for work related activities
• Should be flexible and punctual at business hours.

Requirement:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Excellent communicative skills in English both written and verbal.
• Organizational knowledge and ability to adopt new environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with less supervision.
• Excellent analytical and decisive skills
• Having industry relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Worthy of respect and trust from peers and management.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Management Consultancy, Customer Service, Customer Relation Management
• Must be independent, resourceful, and good team player.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• At least 25 to 35 years old
• Physically & mentally fit
• Any nationality

**PREFERABLY WITH OWN VISA AND DRIVING LICENSE.
