Description:
We are looking for experienced Female Customer Service Executive:
Have good English skills, both in writing and speaking
Work experience in telesales or call center work environment
Must be well versed with MS Office Tools [ MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint] and Google Drive
Hardworking, self motivated and target oriented
Prior experience in telesales, property portals and CRM would be highly considered
Responsibilities:
Generation and qualifying of leads from the database and queries received
Contribute in generating sales for the company by contacting potential customers via calls, emails and sms marketing
Liaise closely with the sales team in generating leads and initiating follow ups on the leads acquired
Explain details of property and services offered to potential customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction with the sales process
Maintain the Sales CRM by updating customer information and recording details of the clients' contacts, requirements and actions taken.
Provides full support on all administrative duties as required
Consistently offer professional and engaging service
