Responsibilities:
1. To meet potential clients and understand job
2. To prepare drawings and do estimations
3. To prepare competitive quotes
4. Should have strong local market knowledge
5. To be thoroughly familiar with all spare-parts requirements in the residential and commercial buildings.
6. To keep daily, weekly, monthly and annual work reports of the department
7. Create work orders for all complaints/request received from customers.
8. To file and maintain all records (inward/outward)
9. To have knowledge of annual maintenance contract required of the company.
10. To coordinate, issue and compile preventative maintenance schedules as per requirements and procedures
Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have:
a) Minimum 3-years experience as a Maintenance, Fit out Coordinator or similar role
b) Should have sound technical knowledge
c) With good communication, writing and organizational skills
d) Able to handle an efficient relationship with suppliers
e) Strong knowledge of engineering terminology, planning, and stock management
f) Proficient in MS Office
