Description:
• Prepares wall and floors surfaces prior to beginning work
• Fabricates, alters, repairs, and maintains walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom showers, sink counters, partitions, manholes, and other related structures or surfaces.
• Knowledge of villas walls finishing and touch up and full walls painting and wall papers laying and removal.
• Determines work requirements and sequence of masonry/tile inspection and make job card estimate for material and man hours required
• Know how to mix cement, plastering, cutting and laying of tiles and marble laying, tiles leveling, grouting and polishing
• Cuts or breaks bricks and concrete using hammers, powered abrasive saws, paving breakers, drills, and/or hand tools.
