Description:
To conceptualize, design and create marketing campaigns across digital and print touchpoints, develop creative key visuals for online and offline collaterals and have basic knowledge of animations.
This work is independent in nature and requires solid idea generation, critical analysis, problem-solving and a strong grasp of all design tools.
Key Accountabilities
Creative Conceptualization and execution.
Develop original creative, including idea generation, storyboards and key-visuals. Develop and evolve the brand.
Adaptations
Working within an approved creative concept and brand template, adapt artworks to various sizes of the approved creative concepts for online and offline.
Requirement:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Marketing Communications
Minimum Experience:
1-3 years’ creative experience with a solid portfolio. Fresh graduate with attended internship training is welcome.
Software Competency
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suites such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere. Knowledge in web graphics is an advantage.
• Ability to work with 3D modelling programs is an advantage or a plus
• Experience in video editing and knowledge of related software such as After effects, Premiere Pro is essential
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge & Skills:
• Must be able to communicate easily and clearly in English and Arabic is a plus only but not required.
• Strong, elegant, modern and clean design aesthetic, for typography, colour and layout
• Great critical and logical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Able to accurately set and meet deadlines
• Outgoing, forward-looking, flexible
• Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
