Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the Dubai offices day to day customer service and operational functions as assigned by Operations Manager.
• First point of contact for all telephone and email queries. To assign queries to the relevant person from the MENA team, as appropriate.
• Processing of all customer orders in the system on a timely basis, in order to achieve maximum service level percentages.
• Liaising with our 3PL partners to ensure timely delivery of processed orders within service level KPIs.
• Responsible for ensuring all back orders are monitored and shipped as appropriate, and that the Operations Manager is kept aware.
• To answer incoming telephone calls, and transfer to the appropriate person, or take a message.
• To provide general administrative support to the MENA team has required.
• Ensure all customer related documents are sent and received correctly to avoid delivery and payment issues. This includes invoice, bill of lading, airway bill, certificate of origin, statement of accounts, proof of delivery etc. Some of these documents are prepared and delivered by 3PL partners.
