We are looking to hire experienced property consultants to join our multi-award winning team at Homes 4 Life.

The main duties would include:

- To liaise with clients in order to determine and meet their property sales, purchase and rental requirements
- To network in order to source new leads; to find clients to sell/lease their properties
- To assist and consult clients throughout the sales/leasing process by providing them with updated and accurate market information
- To ensure smooth and professional sales/rental transactions
- To establish and build effective, positive and professional working relationships with internal and external clients, developers and regulators
- To follow up on all the necessary documentation for sales/rentals and ensure information collected is accurate and up-to-date for entry in our CRM system
- To maintain accurate property and client records and represent the company brand in a professional way
- To respect and follow RERA, Ejari and Land Department rules as well as company procedures
- To attend and represent the company during exhibitions and road shows locally and internationally

Eligibility and Preference:

- Experienced professionals with Dubai based real estate experience and RERA certification will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English is necessary
- Local driving license and car will be preferred
- Candidates should be assertive, ethical with a passion for sales and excellent customer service
