Responsibilities:

Work closely with managers to provide administrative support in day to day activity.
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondences and phone calls.
Managing dairies and organising meetings and appointments.
Make travel arrangements, air tickets and accommodation.
Organising events and conferences.
Make sure to update managers for important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, preparing reports, presentation and correspondences.
Managing database and filing system.
Maintain procedures and administrative system as per company policies.
Prepare minutes of meetings.
Performs all related duties as assigned.
Comply to company’s established safety policies and procedures

Requirement:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High efficiency in multi-tasking and time management capability
Superior attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to learn an be able to self-direct and work with minimal supervision
Work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is a plus

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Salary: 2500 AED - 3000 AED + as per UAE Law
