About the role
You will be involved in planning, developing, and executing long- and short-term strategic marketing and communications programmes. You will play a key role in promoting the company and our products across different channels, and you will be overseeing a team of talented marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:

? Be our in-house digital marketing expert; ensure the company’s identity is accurately represented in our communication style and content;
? Identify potential markets; focus our digital marketing initiatives towards key international markets;
? Gauge and grow the company’s foothold in the industry;
? Build the company’s presence by developing strategic marketing programmes using a data-driven approach;
? Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programmes; optimise our digital marketing strategies;
? Determine the best communication methods and channels using tools such as A/B testing;
? Work closely with our Design team in developing and publishing digital content;
? Quantify the potential success of a new product or feature using client insights and feedback;
? Coach, lead, and motivate your team; conduct performance reviews.

Requirement:

Minimum qualifications
? A university degree in marketing, communications or business;
? Strong analytical and communication skills;
? Strong understanding of technology trends, market best practice, and digital marketing tools;
? Good balance of creativity and analytical skills;
? Passionate about being up-to-date on the latest online marketing channels and tools.
