- Search for potential Clients to Buy, sell & rent properties
- Advise Clients on prices, mortgages, up to date market conditions. Familiar with Dubai developments and communities.
- Market and promote properties via online advertisements, open houses, social media
- Assist and take potential Buyers or Tenants to view properties
- Prepare & present purchase offers to Sellers
- Negotiate with the Sellers to obtain their listings at a good price
- Have the knowledge to use contact lists & spreadsheets. Computer literate (Internet research, MS office, Property portals

- Willing to work intensively than usual
- Can utilize office resources to the fullest
- Must have business skills, strong interpersonal skills & problem solving skills
- Humble, friendly & pleasant personality is a must.
- Previous sales experience, preferably with driving license

- Minimum 1 year real estate experience in Dubai
