JOB DESCRIPTION:
Greet customers, provide menu, and answer their questions regarding ingredients
Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
Prepare and serve beverages and food items
Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
Keep the bar area clean
Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
Comply with health and safety regulations
Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
POSITION: BARISTA
SALARY: 1,250 AED plus accommodation, transportation, tips, uniform and other benefits

WORK LOCATION: United Arab Emirates
AVAILABILITY: Immediately can join will be prioritized (If on visit visa, it must be valid for at least 2 months minimum)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male/Female, 35 years old and below only
If on visit/tourist visa, it must be valid for at least 2 months
Passport must be valid for at least 1 year
Requirement:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least a high school graduate
Relevant certification/diploma/training/experience is an advantage
At least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
Previous work experience as a Barista/Bartender/Waiter/Waitress is preferred
Willing to be cross-trained as barista
With background working in a café’ or coffee shops is a plus
Home country experience is acceptable
SKILLS REQUIRED:
With proper hygiene is required
Flexibility to work in various shifts and to be assigned in any branch in UAE
Basic math skills
Must be a team player and can work under pressure
Cheerful and pleasant personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
