Qualification :
1.Diploma in Safety and health or similar 
2.Having Nebosh and Iosh Ceritificate

J.D:
1.Identify the potential hazards, implement appropriate and adequate preventive control measures to all work activities before commence. Shall be the authority to instruct work stoppage as necessary to eliminate hazards imminent condition on site.
2. Conduct site safety inspection in conjunction with the project HSE plan, record all visible safety hazards and including identification of violators. Peruse necessary corrective and preventive actions.
3. Investigate all incidents, make necessary recommendations to prevent recurrence of the same and maintain all related records.
4. Conduct toolbox meeting with foremen or site engineers to the work force and confirm that task risk information and safety instructions are being passed from foremen or site engineer to the workforce on a daily basis as per the activities.
5. Organize site area safety with fire precautions as required and ensure the compliance is relevant to prevent incidents.
6. Inspect work site to maintain housekeeping, cleanup and proper waste management.
10. Conduct emergency evacuation drill, chemical spillage drill and fall rescue drill on site and provide training to promote positive HSE culture to report near miss, hazard events, incident reporting and maintaining a safe and healthy hygiene system.
7. The member of site crisis management team to deal with the emergency proceedings, investigation and preparation of reports.
8. Ensure the training is carried out for specific tasks, PTW procedures are strictly adherence to client’s PTW system and requirements meet the term with client’s and project specific HSE plan.
9. Display of safety informative specific signs, general safety signs, project HSE performance statistics reports, safety bulletins and company HSE policy statement.
10. Inspection of Mobile equipments such as Crane, Man lift etc. by Check list and verify the competency certificate and Third party test reports are valid.
