Description:

Dubai based export manufacturer in the Plastics Composites Industry with over forty years of experience in export manufacturing seeks to employ an International Business Development Manager.

The purpose of this role is to work with the General Manager in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and budgeted growth business plans. This will be achieved through market research and following through with client engagement, key account management, engagement with key stakeholders and potential partner organisations with subsequent action plans to convert opportunities into tenders for manufacturing. 

The business development manager will be an experienced international traveller with an existing network of contacts to sustainably grow the Groups business in line with international targets. The incumbent should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

The incumbent would be responsible for Business development planning with a typical horizon of 1 to 5 years.
