JOB PURPOSE:
- Responsible for developing the human capital strategy which supports stability and growth of the company.

* QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Minimum Experience: 10-15 years, 
- preferably at least 5+ years HR experience in the UAE
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
- Additional HR Certification or related training courses (CIPD) is preferred
* Knowledge & Skills:
• Proven knowledge and experience and knowledge in managing Human Resources functions strategically and operational / hands-on
• Tested knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises
• Advanced analytical and decision making skills
• Cultural awareness in a highly diverse environment
• Advanced negotiation, persuasion and counselling skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Advanced presentation and communication skills in English , Arabic and French

Responsible for manpower planning for existing and future requirements of the departments and the Business Units including budgeting
- Ensure that all departments and Business Units have the right resources in the right place as per requirements and approved budget
- Responsible to carry out the entire
recruitment process (including sourcing & screening of candidates, interviewing, reference check, selection and offer negotiations)
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop, implement and maintain grading structure, salary scales and award / incentive programs for employees
- Ensure adherence to the company compensation and benefits strategy
- Ensure that existing Compensation & Benefit Programs are competitive in the Labour Market and propose adjustments if and where needed
- Ensure the monthly Payroll for all departments and business units and process the bank transfers through Wages Protection System (WPS) as per UAE Labour Law
* Training & Development:
- Develop and implement orientation programs for new joiners
- Develop and implement training & development programs based on training needs analysis
- Develop succession plans for individual employees
- Develop, implement and maintain an employee engagement program
- Ensure Performance Management process is implemented and maintained properly as a base for training & development and awards (increments, incentive & bonus) activities
- Manage all day-to-day HR requests and ensure best internal customer service
- Monitor the performance of all team members, set targets, assess the achievements and provide regular feedback to staff, motivate the team to achieve targets and support when needed, analyse the Training needs and ensure that training on-the-job and/or external is provided when needed and all team members are informed about the current economy developments which have an influence on the business
