Responsibilities:


Job role
- Fully own Splintr’s marketing automation platform in terms of selection and management including maintaining database health, data acquisition, cleanliness & completeness; oversee and execute campaigns to drive forward Demand Generation business objectives; own segmentation and targeting rules.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide detailed tracking of marketing programs across various channels as well as measure, monitor, and optimize the funnel from inquiry to MQL to closed opportunity; proactively communicate insights and results out to key stakeholders in the organization.

- Understand and monitor the lead lifecycle from acquisition to nurture, conversion, and re-engagement in Salesforce and our marketing automation platform. Upload and clean leads, manage lead source tracking, monitor and report on lead progression, maintain lead routing to Sales, lead quality assurance and troubleshooting. Refine lead-scoring process to pass qualified leads to sales and improve conversion rates.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Account managers, Customer Service, and Sales Ops organizations as relevant.

Requirement:


- You are a Marketing Automation Expert: Administrator level proficiency in marketing automation platforms and proficiency in CRM reporting and dashboards required; certifications preferred.

- 3+ years of marketing automation experience either in-house or at an agency.

- 2+ years at an early-to-mid stage B2B company preferred.

- Experience implementing or transitioning between marketing automation platforms.

- Proven technical, analytical and quantitative proficiency.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex data and/or issues into productive discussions/actions at the executive and operational levels.

- Clear understanding of the marketing automation landscape and the latest “tools of the trade” for achieving success.

- A data-driven mindset; ability to design and implement tests to optimize performance with minimal direction.

- Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic start-up environment where priorities and tactics may change based new data and company initiatives.
