Job description / Role
- Coordination with manning agent on crew requirement.
- Maintain Crew profile ( certificates etc) in compliance with vessels
- Arrange the interview with superintendent
- Handle ticket, visa and accommodations
- Coordinate with port agent on joining and repatriation
- Handle flagging of the vessels
- Supplier invoice and Agent DA to be verified with facts ?
Requirement:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in similar job
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in efficient manner
- Proficiency in English
- Extremely organise with excellent multi-tasking skill
- Career minded and ambitious
