ANKING OPERATION - PROJECT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN CHINA
- Responsible for providing end-to-end project management on the supporting integration in China and necessary knowledge of payment and regulatory landscape in China.
- Key job duties include owning and managing the implementation plan chasing the vendor and IT on the various tasks like vendor selection, system delivery, system implementation etc. Highlighting risks, delays, potential issues on proactive basis on the overall IT implementation plan.
- Responsibility for ensuring that the required key program tasks & checks are incorporated where applicable and that various implementation streams are managed via tight project management controls.
Responsibilities:
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
? Overview and hands on systems implementation in CHINA market including regulatory and corporate banking and allied financial systems.
? Strong understanding of migration and overall process of system implementation in CHINA.
? Strong project management and stakeholder capabilities.
? Experience in interfacing with senior management
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills & presentation skills
? Able to build effective relationships with business and support department leadership at all levels, with experience in initiating and facilitating discussions with multiple stakeholders, leading to effective and efficient issue resolution
? Financial services industry experience in CHINA.
? Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices, country regulations, Banking processes and accounting / financial practices
