Description:
Graduate with experience in the Automotive / Car Industry as Rental Agent.
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Car Rental Agent (Female) to improve performance / service quality who will go out of their way to delight our customers. Being organized, reliable and results-driven professional, you must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot with an ability to make improvements.
Asian nationals with relevant experience in automotive field are preferred.
Salary 3000 to 3500

Responsibilities:
-Telephone Etiquette, answering and making calls,
-Manage Bookings, provide product knowledge, explain insurance products and covers to prospects / existing clients, emailing to providers, drafting quotations, selling by negotiation, issuing contracts.
-Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
-Prepare reports for different departments or upper management.
- All general task related to Cashier.
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents?
Requirement:
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Proficient in MS Office and call centre equipment/software programs
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
-Positive and patient
-High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
-Must have good command on written and spoken English. Arabic would be an advantage
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work requirements ?
