Description:
We are looking for a Web portal Administrator to join our team. Who has knowledge of E-commerce portals. Freelancing portal operations knowledge could be a plus.
Job Profile:
• Managing jobs for seller and buyers on the portal
• Managing Social Media accounts to boost sales.
• Editing / Resizing images on Photoshop for uploading on website
• Approvals of new posts/jobs on portal
• Managing mailers / Newsletters to customers Handling Fulfillment of Online orders
• Handling selling and buyer payments and communication with payment gateway provider
• Handling complete day to day operations and submit the weekly reports to management
• Google Analytics and Google Ad's FB campaign monitoring.
• online support to portal users and handling the dispute between buyer and seller
Requirement:
Job Requirements:
• Web Technologies Ecommerce platform administration knowledge.
• Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop is plus
• Experience handling seller & buyer accounts on portals
• Experience managing Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram etc)
• Amazon / Google SEO experience Fluent in English
• Handle customer service for online orders.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
