Description:
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1 - 2 years UAE/GCC experience in the interior fitout industry. He must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with good knowledge in Autocad and MS Excel. The Junior QS/Estimator will be responsible for gathering and studying proposals, review of tender documents, compute project costs by analysing labour, material and time requirements, quantification, understand drawings and specifications, preparing BOQs, scope review of subcontractor packages and liaising with department head.
