Description:
GUIDES - (ENGLISH/ ARABIC/ CHINESE/ RUSSIAN SPEAKER)
Each guide will need to learn a core script for the customer journey, be articulate and able to engage with the public.
They need to be confident and able to guide people through the experience.
For each shift Guides must have a very good understanding of the English language and a percentage of the staff should be able to speak and understand Chinese and Arabic.
They will report to and be line-managed by the Guide Team Leaders.
Responsibilities:
Main Duties will include, but not limited to:
• Explaining the customer journey.
• Dealing with customer questions\ enquiries and the general issues around dealing with the general public in a big public venue
• Ability to escort large groups of school children \ professional bodies etc through the whole experience
• act as translators for official \ VIP visitors
• to take part in any sponsored parades \ events
• Covering duties for the Receptionists, Co-ordinators and Lounge staff as required
