Description:
We are looking for an experienced accountant willing to move to Belgium.
The right candidate will be capable to fully manage accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
- Day to day accounts
- Bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payables & accounts receivables.
-Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
-Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Finalization of accounts, auditing, and reconciliations.
- Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions.
- Maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data.
- Prepare Monthly Payroll, Accruals, Pre-payments & ensure smooth closing of Journals and General ledger.
- Maintaining & keeping track of the inventory stock count & value.
- Preparing and submitting VAT every quarter.
- Office Admin Experience and other related functions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and confident in communications at all levels
