A progressive company run by experienced management is seeking an Office Manager / Receptionist / Customer Service oriented person.


Responsibilities:

DUTIES:
Office Manager - 40%
Receptionist - 20%
Customer Service - 40%

Requirement:

SKILLS SET:
1. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel is a MUST (PowerPoint preferred)
2. Disciplined in office timings and performing tasks on or before time 
3. Good writing skills for letters and other documents
4. Good document filing and record keeping skills
5. Good communication skills
6. Preferred but not necessary: Basic Accounting understanding and software skills


PERSONALITY:
1. Multi - tasking 
2. Pleasant manners + personality with flair for Customer Service and genuine concern for solving customer issues 
3. Organised person who takes responsibility and can manage the office / reception / customers

OFFICE LOCATION:
