• MEP Engineer with minimum 10 years UAE experiences this position is responsible to successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects specially supervision of plumbing & A/C works related to energy efficiency, energy performance contracts and retrofits for large projects, high rise towers, and other commercial facilities.
• Prepare plans, details, specifications, and cost estimates in such specialties as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and general piping systems for the projects.
• Develops standards for design and technical specifications.
• Develops and implements a process for periodic inspection and evaluation.
• Prepare draft site/engineer’s instructions, relating to the building mechanical services, as required and issue to the Project Manager.
• Maintain an on-going list of mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services defects for contractor’s remedial action. 
Undertake final project snagging and prepare a list of defects for Contractor’s action. 
• Attend project, site progress and any mechanical services related technical meetings as directed by the project manager.
