Summary:
• With experience in MEP Projects including Site management. 
• With confident E20, Heat load calculation, Hap Software ,Esp. Calculation, Pipe calculation Duct design MC QUAY software, duct design, and Supervision, Execution of building services. (Handled Residential / Commercial / Industrial / Hotels projects).
• Can inspect independently Building Mechanical and electrical Services particularly HVAC, Plumbing (Drainage & Water) 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Applications.
Responsibilities 
o Preparation of periodical reports.
o Perform periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.
o Ensure that all operations and maintenance activities are properly recorded & documented
o Executing the work order issued by the superiors with specified standards.
o Response to emergencies and breakdowns.
o Assist to perform the Plumbing, electrical and other works when and where required.
o Advises supervisor concerning major repairs / changes required.
o Complies with local rules, regulations and codes and works.
o Monitors performance and adjusts HVAC equipment to obtain maximum efficiency
o Vehicle co-ordination, 
o Checking daily report
o Daily meeting with MEP clients & engineers
o Preparing the shop drawing in co-ordination with Draught section based on tender drawing, structural, architectural and false ceiling drawing material purchasing and arrangement site supervising
o Handling sites
o Ensure the installation, erection, operations, maintenance and commissioning of Mechanical
o Services and systems like HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, are as per approved 
o Drawings / specifications, all statutory codes and practices are followed.
o Preparing the MEP services coordination shop drawings based on final approved drawing.
o Updating the material procurement schedule in order to obtain and control the material inventory. 
o Updating the Material and Shop drawing schedule for consultant submittals. 
o Arranging the proper material storage at site. 
o Checking the workers daily site attendance report.
o Involve in Pre commissioning and commissioning of all Mechanical equipment’s & controls. 
o Provides engineering direction and support to other team members.
o As Mechanical Engineer (MEP), Supervise the onsite mechanical activities. 
o Prepare bill of quantities of pipes, fittings & valves Etc. and ordering the quantity of material.
o Maintain daily record of the completed activities such as manpower present on-site /machines tools
