Requirement:

Preference given to candidates with Direct Sales experience in Life Insurance or Wealth Management
Commission based sales experience is added advantage
Holds Qualification in Financial or Life Insurance Industry
Proven Track-record of success in Life Insurance company, Broker or Banca Insurance
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Relationship and Network Building Ability
Capable of Sourcing Suitable Leads/Clients in Marketplace
Polished in Negotiation Skills.
Customer-centrist Attitude
Proactive & Versatile Working capability
Competent in written and spoken English
Strictly Commission based, No Fix Salary.
Self Driven & Self Motivated
Self visa(Spouse sponsor or NOC) have extra advantage
