Description:

Indoor / Outdoor Sales Executive

What you will do
- Research prospective customers to generate sales leads
- Make cold calls/emails to prospective customers
- Make in-person visits to customers to generate sales leads
- Manage end-to-end client relationship, including pitching, presenting, negotiation, account management, and hand over to project delivery team
- Frequently keep in contact with your prospects and customers and keep the CRM up to date
- Never take no for an answer to find a prospective lead
- Always be closing!

Requirement:

- You must have at least 3+ years of prior sales experience within the UAE ideally within the asset management, facilities management, real estate or technology market
- You are tech-savvy (strong PC / Word / Office skills), have a strong understanding of wifi infrastructure or solutions
- You must be comfortable in presenting to end customers, negotiation and hunting for new leads.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Hindi, Urdu and or Arabic would be a plus
- You must be based in the UAE with a clean driver’s license

Salary is commission based and uncapped for the right candidate
