Job description:
We are hiring a accounts assistant with good accounting knowledge, communication skills and responsibility and excellent knowledge of tally is a must.

- Maintaining the petty cash
- Updating the Prepaid, Accrual and Fixed Asset Schedules
- Passing the adjusting entries
- Preparing the banking transactions in the online system
- Basic Accounting Skills
- Involve in purchasing, order processing and progressing
- Facilitate the shipping of products from point A to Z
- Check and verify document drafts sent by suppliers and customers
- Communicate with suppliers and respond to inquiries
- Review and verify bills, invoices and purchase orders
- Reconcile accounting transactions
- Monitor accounts to make sure payments are up to date
- Maintain vendor files
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documents for audit

Dubai based accounting firm is looking for Audit Trainees we are looking qualified candidate with minimum 2 years audit working experience.
Previous experience in audit firms will be added advantage.
You will be involved in providing audit services to our portfolio of international and local clients in different sectors. You will be responsible for the execution of the risk based audit approach and working with audit teams during the fieldwork. In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide a variety of non-assurance services to our clients.
