You will work for an up and coming trendy coffee concept. Managing your team delivering outstanding customer experience.

You will be responsible for;
- Managing Inventory - of packaging and products in the central warehouse and onsite
- COGs - ensuring efficiency and low wastage 
- Developing weekly Rotas with the teams
- Performance reviews of the staff - ensuring we allow each member of the team to excel in their area of passion and expertise
- Suppliers management and driving cost efficiencies
- Driving excellence and leading an energetic team to provide enthusiastic and energetic environment fro all
- Reporting directly to British owners to ensure growth of both the business and the team

UAE Driving license will be preferred
